DEFINITIONS

What is Processing of Personal Data?
Any operation performed on personal data such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, modification, disclosure, transfer or anonymization.
What is Explicit Consent?
Consent that is specific, informed and freely given.

1- PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POLICY

The Company carries out all necessary activities to comply with legislation regarding the protection and processing of personal data.
This Policy sets forth the principles adopted by the Company regarding personal data protection and processing.
